Those look like stock USDM starion/conquest seatbelts, I see them in junkyards all the time, they're not rare or jdm

I live about a half hour from Danville. I bet you his "custom honda project" is a neon with chinese characters on the windshield and valve stem lights.

They're Starion/Conquest seatbelts. Everything on those cars says "turbo". Even the outside door handles which actually sell for a good bit on ebay. Go figure
