I vouche for Nick, he is a good guy. Always has parts when I need them. He has been legit from the day I met him when he knew nothing about how to work on honda's.. I have seen everyone of his cars. I know he has made bank off preety much every one of them. The only reason this has come about is because we have had alot of honda theft in Oak Harbor. Its a small town, cops have nothing better to do. From what I here all the stolen cars are ending up in tacoma. Oh and his mom does cook a mean dinner.

Know your constitutional rights. In exercising your rights in a respectful manner you will avoid problems with the cops 9 times out of 10. There are going to be times when you run into ------- cops who see the entire world as guilty until proven innocent - and that's when knowing your rights is most important.
4th Amendment
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
Same thing works for your car to a lesser extent, if they have probable cause they can search your car. Your rights are much stronger for your home, and unless you just let them in they basically need a warrant.
However since I'm assuming your mom owns the house, she calls the shots on whether or not they look in your ----.
