turned on my computer after coming home from a hard days work, open firefox and get this.:

If you use the Windows OS, the best way to remove peer-to-peer programs is through the

hyperlink at either the top or the bottom of this page. Please be aware that the next time we

How do i resolve it.
Cliff note: the "man" is trying to shut down my internet how do i go about not letting companies track my IP.

just do like i used to do with aol back in the day, say someone must of hacked into your account, you dont do that stuff.
say someone must of hacked into your wireless network, you changed all passwords

one of two things got you. either uploading ---- you've downloaded, or you took something downloaded and when you ran it the first time, it contacted the owner's server.
mainly games from the last 3-4 years do that.
AFA what to do, ignore it this time, but i'd lay off the hacked games for awhile...
