We need the rain up here in Nothr Tex.It sucks that Galveston has to be submerged in order fo us to get some though.Its suposed to rain forom friday nite till monday nite as the storm slowly moves through.Never been through a tropical storm so it ought to be intresting.

I live in Houston Tx. Evacuating late tonight prolly around 3am. It is crazy down here millions are evacuating. No one is getting anywhere. Just to give you an example. A normal 20 min. drive is taking 4-5 hours. Crazy ----. Fights breaking out. I dont know it's pretty crazy though. People need to just take a breath calm down and remember we are all on the same team and we just all want to get out. We need some positive energy people need to listen to 311 somthing. Im out though. People give me some hmt blessings. -Nick

i am in dallas, and my brother is a firefighter, he told me that almost everytime there is a call for 911 that it involves someone from new orleans now, and yes they are black, he works in downtown dallas area, he was at reunion arena for a little while and said that place was ------- pathetic all anyone did there was cry and blame there situation on the government..

last time i looked its not the governments fault for someone being lazy and lacking the ***** to get off there *** and ------- work..

it is funny how every other race can come to america speaking no english, and become very successful...now blacks might have been slaved but give me a ------- break, most of the people who come to this country can't apply for any help from the government , but some how still manage to become successful..

as for people that hate texans i will admit that some of us speak with an accent, and say things like "ya'll" instead of "you all" but that is not any worse than someone coming up to you wanting to "axe you a something" I don't want to be "axed" but i don't mind if you ask me something..

I think people say who gives a ---- about texas say that because they still have stereo type of comboys riding horses, hell to be honest with you when you get outside of dallas, houston or austin , it is like that but it is still not that backasswards.. i love dallas and the only place i would consider moving to would be colorado springs, or somewhere in washington..

oh and one last reason people might hate texans is because

"WE ARE ------- BADASS AND CAN DO WHATEVER THE ---- WE WANT"

what i hate is the fact that MOST blacks call them selves "AFRICAN american" when most of them have less ties to Africa than white people have to europe. 95% of blacks have a longer history in america than Italians, Irish, German, etc. and you would think since they have been here longer they would have gotten their ---- together.
