i am calm, you're an idiot for taking what i've said out of context.
so let me reiterate, teins are an exceptional brand name as far as i'm concerned, i have tein suspension on my car. the coilovers in the more "race/track" sector on the "grid" they have are going to be incredibly stiff, so if you've got back problems, probably not a good idea to be getting them, even on their softest setting they're really quite stiff.
otherwise go for it.

I have tokico illumina adjustables with skunk springs and i hate them. I feel like a ------ bobble head doll. And Cuao the Flex system I was asking about is the whole strut and spring u think that it will still me still and bouncy it has a 16 point adjustable damper and u can hook up the edfc to it (or whatever its called) to adjust the damper from the inside.

dude, with any lowered suspension you're gonna bounce. it has to be stiff or your wheels will be hitting your wheel well, you don't have the room for them to travel as you do at stock height. it might be a little better, but not 1200 dollars better, that's just the price you have to pay for having your vehicle lowered. try riding in a lowered car with just coil overs and stock shocks with no camber correction or anything, you'll be begging to get back in your car

I had coils on my stock shock for a bit no camber corrrection it was hell. I dont wanna spend all the money on the teins at all but I met this guy that can get them for 950. its still a shitload of money. Im just wondering what the better choice. I have the tokico illumina adj's now on skunk coils but no camber correction and no braces at all should I get a camber kist and put in some braces or what?

are you looking for a more comfortable ride? because you're not going to get it with ANY tein product, trust me, they're SPORT suspension, even their street products are a bit harsh, but like everyone's already said, with any lowered suspension you're going to bounce and/or have kidney problems (yes the teins are THAT stiff even at their softest setting, trust me.)
since you already have coilovers and shocks, get a camber kit, it may not save you any grief with the bouncy or the stiffness, but you're going to save your tires and have a better contact patch for when you accelerate/brake.
the strut braces will help correct the body roll and might reduce a little bit of the "bounce" affect, but that's more determined by the bound and rebound of your springs and the dampening of your shocks than anything else.
cliffs notes: don't get teins if you're concerned with a smooth ride, only get them if you're going to spend countless hours and lots of $ going to a specialty shop to tune them properly. (yes PLEASE GET A CAMBER KIT!)
personally, if i were you, i wouldn't bother spending all that extra money. atleast not until you're done the rest of the suspension to be able to tune it properly.
and no, i'm not trying to come off as an ***, i'd just rather not see people spend money on something that they think is going to be some kind of miracle part that will fix ---- like camber and bodyroll, just because it's adjustable doesn't mean it's magic.

well, i would get a camber kit for the front and rear, i did notice a difference in the ride when i corrected my camber, also, you may want to consider ditching the coil overs for some really good springs like some h&r's. strut bars and tie bars will make your ride feel a lot stiffer. trust me, tein isn't going to bee much better than that. spend the extra money on some go fast stuff
