Cut off your cats, straight pipe it a bit larger, slap a 22R fuel rail on there, and up the boost. That's all a local guy did to a base model SRT4, made 309 whp off the stock turbo. He pretty much buttraped every other SRT4 in town, as well as a lot of other cars.

maybe its just me but after you have bought the SRT and put all the money it would take to get teh 40 WHP out of it till you are having serious traction issues you could have chopped that number in half and gotten a Civic to do the same. and it would have been much easier, gone faster and had more traction. IMO.
