Ditto...if you aren't doing it all yourself, custom work is gonna run you way more than a kit.
lol

I like how they're making fun of Jon's manifold too

umm, whats wrong with what they're saying? I sense serious reading comprehension problems on your part. Custom work does cost way more than buying a kit if you're not DOING YOUR OWN WORK, which includes fabricating your own parts and putting your car togeather. If you took it to a real shop, that ---- would run you 5k+.

I would like to think there is a little more fab work, and skill involved in building a kit for a grand prix then your average honda

Werd...for one, you may have an extra 2 cylinders to deal with...v6 GP's are a pita to do anything on. You think Honda's are tight on space...v6 gm's blow, especially 3.1liter and 3.8's. Also their tuning isn't as cut and dried like we're used to either.

^ Never compare 3.1's to 3.8's. How can you say they blow? 3.8supercharged comes with forged crank, rods and pistons stock... what Honduh can you say about that? They can take quite a beating. Scott can vouch.

3.1, 3.4 and 2.8 suck *** IMO, maybe not so much the 3.4 but the other two do.

Ack.

Reading > Me

3.1 is pretty easy to work on, as far as regular maintenence stuff. Compare changing out an alternator on a 3.1 to changing a honda alternator
