Default taking engines apart is cool 56K DEATH

Ok here is some pics of an F22 engine from a 90 accord lx 5 speed, it had 200k + miles and ran on 3 cyls, nicely abused also. That is a pic of shane, me (looking thru block) and jake holding the other side. Pic of the nicely abused clutch disk...
Pretty clean head for 200k...

Heres a pic of me holding a starter showing it to shane

Parts EVERYWHERE

That is the #2 exaust valve, now we know why it ran on 3 cyls. Have you guys seen hondas eat valves before? Ive seen it a handful of times in f22 engines that go thru oil like no tomarrow... This engine was fun to take apart, it was shocking that the bearings looked like new even though the engine was thrashed, as did the block and most of the pistons. Me and a few friends had fun with this one (Shane, Jake, Roland and Glen) Glen took the pix and roland seems to be mia when the pix were taken

I thought I was going to be stabbed in the face with that valve. good job laying the crank down, we don't care for resale value.
