tach signal wire
I am installing my tach and i want to know what the tach signal wire is in the gauge cluster. i dont' want to run the wire out to the distributor i want to connect it at the wiring that plugs into the gauge cluster. anyone that knows which wire it is let me know.

guessing that your car is a 2nd gen crx or a 4th gen civic, there is a blue wire that plugs into the gauge cluster that bears the tach signal, tap that one all night long.
