you can buy them with the RROD for $50 or so. The one I got still had the seal intact so I just called microsoft and they fixed it for free, then I bought a new hard drive and 2 controllers all in all I have $200 invested for the xbox, all cables, 3 wireless controllers, 20gb hard drive, and GTA4. not too bad, I guess its pretty easy to fix the RROD you'rself but if the seal is not broken its free from microsoft.
