Well, if you feed the output of a fixed displacement supercharger into your turbocharger, the turbocharger won't do a single thing except create exhaust back pressure, assuming the SC12 is a positive displacement supercharger and not a centrifugal one (and a centrifugal supercharger wouldn't make any sense in a twin charging setup)
Your only option other than having the turbo blow into the supercharger inlet, is bypassing the supercharger completely when at high rpms, but unless you have a clutch on it, it will still be robbing power.
