And make sure you get a CB with an RF gain adjustment, I bought a cobra dx iv. Also make sure you use 18 feet of coax and don't go shorter. Its excess but I spent an hour with the guy at DR communications with him telling me what to do for best results. He also said I wanted at least a 4 foot antenna, but I settled for a 3 foot thats alot like the firestik.
33's on 4.5" is gonna take some good trimming, but focus more on a good bumpstop setup over excessive trimming.
Auburn Ected lockers are decently priced, they're electric lock on the fly, and a limited slip when disengaged. run about $549 or so.

Actually for U-Bolts, depending on how much larger the axle is you might get away with re-using them...otherwise yeah you'd need those. If you end up needing a larger diameter U-bolt you might have to hog out the holes on the spring plate to match
