well so far my quickest run has been 14.4 with a 2.19 60' at 96mph compared to 14.7 with a 2.17 60' at 95mph with the old set up. My question would be is it worth it to run slicks with just 180hp or should i try drags or something else first, in general what would be the best tire set up to run including wheels? And can i get a link to purchase said set up (this is HMT so good price required as well).

I think you need to learn to launch. 1.8's on street tires is dooable.

it could be the pep boys specials but they are decent on the street cuz i drive like granny off the track most of the time. Well only more seat time will tell but 2.17 was the best 60' ive gotten in 10 runs now.
