its all in the head. If your will i stonger than you can quit. I know its hard but you have to be determine. There lots of people who are addict to things because "It feels good" but it can be stop if they really want to. no one can make you do anything but yourself.

my mom and her bf quit smoking.
they replaced the cigarettes with other things.. unfortunately it was eating (for my mom) but her bf just used the gum, and didnt like it.. so just quit all together.
he smokes cigars now, not nearly as much as cigarettes, which i wouldnt say is 'ok' but, nothing you can do.
my mom on the other hand, just started eating different things she likes. she gained some weight after quiting, but its probably more healthy for her than smoking.

I think the hardest part for her is her routine. She has to cut out her routine to stop but in small steps. U shud stop getting high w/ also b/c thats not going to help her quit. If she's smoking packs within a week then she really needs to stop. Honestly its a mentally prob and she has to over come that to stop. She shudn't replace it w/ anything else to cut the urge. I stop smoking 9yrs ago and it took a month to drop the habit. Now i cant stand to smell smoke and dont like it on my clothes. She has to be determine to stop. And if u want to get high dont do it around her.
And to stop smoking shudnt be b/c it cost to much or u dont get high that the wrong attitude to have. What about her health. W/ that attitude i cud see why she smokes packs a week.

U cud pretend i didnt post it all u want but to stop smoking b/c of the price of cig & b/c u dont get high? U gotta be an idiot to think cig get u high and to stop b/c of price. I dont kno what garbage weed yall smoke but thats a stupid reason. She smokes a pack in a day thats ------- stupid. And u call me a dumb mtf, but when i was smoking i smoked WEED not cig. Cig wont get u high so what are u & ur girl talking about? So what next dope b/c she needs to get high. Call me what u want man but i'm not the 1 w/ the prob.

Yo douche i forgot to tell u tell her to try base that will help ur ------ urge to get high. ------- idiot to think cig. gets u high. Smoking 5 packs of cig still wont get her the high of 1 bag of weed, so who the ---- is the dumb mtf. Yo dont bring ur bitch prob's to me if u cant solve them.
