item was what he paid for an he doesnt want it anymore. If item was damaged or not what **** said it was then refund is needed if not this kid can resell it himself

Ahh **** I say he just was being lazy about sending the thing back forgot about it, Came up short of cash is now just trying to get some gas money out the situation. I say he is past the grace period or whatever.
