Stupid Honda-Tech ---- heads, your opinion on buyer...
Situation:
A little over a month ago I sold an ITR lip on Honda-Tech, which I thought was OEM (hadn't pulled it off of the car yet). When I pulled it off the car to ship it, and found out it wasn't real, we decided to ship it anyways, and agreed that he could either keep it and take a partial refund, or ship it back and get a full refund...
I even offered to cover $20 to ship it back to me. After all it was my mistake.
So more than a month goes by and I hear nothing from this kid at all. Now suddenly he emails me asking for a refund and asking to ship the lip back.
Personally, I don't really feel obligated to refund him anymore, he had a month to send it back. He can't file a paypal claim at this point, and I just don't really see any reason to do anything but tell him "Sorry, too late"
What do you think I should do?
PS - I opted out of the hotrex herpes option, its overdone...

nah ---- that...if u both agreed on those terms and he didnt say ne thing for a month then obviously he was satisfied and whos to say u dont get this lip back and its damaged...i say ---- h-t

Well that sure does seem like a dilemma. But I'm thinking about it this way.
The only reason you offered a refund is if he was dissatisfied because the lip was not OEM. After you notified him of this, he should have made an immediate decision: "Am I satisfied w/this lip and a partial refund? Or do I not want this?"
It's not like you offered a refund in case he got bored with the lip, became too lazy to put it on, didn't like it when he put it on, or because he let it sit for a month and decided he needed money.
So it's tough, because he's being a ***, and I'd be pissed if I were you and you had to deal with this.
I guess you just have to decide if you're obligated to a full extent of your agreement, or ---- him because he's abusing your generosity in offering a refund (which it definately sounds like he's doing). I'm aggrevated reading this, so....---- him.
