My old civic that I passed off oto my nephew was stolen a few weeks ago.So yesterday my sister gets a letter in the mail about a parking ticket.She looks at the issue date and it was issued the day after she reported tha car stolen.The ticket was issued in Compton as a parking violation.Thats allmost 2 hours from where that car was stolen from.

How the ---- do you issue a parking ticket to a stolen car?Dont they allways run the plates?

in parking tickets, they dont run it, they jus write it down. but before the violation was sent to her house they shoulda noticed, blame the dmv as well lol. but yeah, dumb *** cop

As if having your car stolen wasn't enough, you had to pay to have it stolen. Whats next, paying for the thief's bed and breakfast because he wore himself out in the process.

Haha...a stolen car in Compton, who woulda thunk? $20 says that whoever stole the car has gotten gunned down and/or done multiple drive by's in it. I would be ------- pissed though, the cops knew exactly where the car was yet were too dumb to know it.
