yea free running is pretty kool isnt their a movie coming out with. all those supra vids make me want a one.

That second video was a compilation of both Parkour and Tricking, which are two different diciplines.

People who are truly into Parkour dislike those kinds of people because flips aren't the fastest or smoothest way of continuing a run, which is what they are all about.

I do lots of Gymnastics myself and can do quite a few different flips, but if I tried the distances they are doing my knees would explode, literally. These guys have got some serious *****....

Never took gymnastics but taught myself everthing I know starting on a trampoline, I can't do anything that technical but the basic flips, cartwheel backhandspring tucks, standing tucks, running layouts. If I was to have took gymnastics I think I could have been pretty good but I hated how everything had to "perfect." The Cheerleaders at my school would beg me to tryout.

We're of the same mind, I never took the actual classes myself, cause I lived in a crappy small town when I was young, Man if I had the opportunity I'm sure I would have. So I taught myself by observing and getting tips in a gymnastics gym. Now I teach breakdancing which has a lot of gymnastic qualities to it.
Gymnastics coaches hate me because I always ruin their students form teaching them breakin' moves :P
