Default Strut Bar

Im in engineering class right now and i have to come up with a design project. I am thinking of making a strut tower brace and maybe a battery box or something for my car i was wondering if the strut tower braces have any special design or is it simply a connector to stiffen the frame. I dont know amyeb you fellas can give me a good idea for something else.

Just go copy the Carbing 3 pt strut bar that connects to the firewall and make some for super cheap and sell me one. It's not really rocket science but so it don't flex otherwise it's nothing but dead weight.

do not copy the carbing brace, as if you do it wrong you'll put a whole in your firewall. make one sort of like the mugen one (a real mugen one) w/ no flexing/heim jointed points on it. that connects the strut towers together.

they're very weak pieces, better than nothing i guess, but i would definitely say get a good aftermarket one.
