Default Strange Problem Need Help

So I took my valve cover off to get it bead blasted, then decided to take out the charcoal canister while I was at it, got that out, put the valve cover back on, without bolting it down, cranked it up, ran fine, no CEL's. Then I thought I would get rid of the solenoid looking things above the charcoal canister mounted to the firewall, that didn't work, so I put it back, without the canister, and it cranked, then died. So I put the canister back, completely to normal, bolt down the valve cover, and now it runs at 100rpm and smokes like crazy, the smoke looks white. What the hell did I do? Please help!

Nevermind, it was burning off extra oil that I added when I lost some from the valve cover and idling at 100 rpm because I reset the ECU and wasnt giving it enough time to relearn it.

Less than that, probably 2 seconds. Heh, Im used to my old Integra that would run immediately and fine after a reset.
