Either way, it IS a tax cut as it's money you would have either a) gotten in addition to your refund or b) paid less on your owed taxes.

OH! And Plus! If ungrateful fuckfaces like yourself do what the government wants you to do with the money, it'll be rediculously helpful. Consider this: If this money really is coming from China, then you're using Chinese money to buy American goods. American companies then make more money, they pay more taxes, and voila, stimulus package is paid in full. Then, those companies can pay their employees more, who can then buy more ----. Thus, the cycle continues.

The people that will be going out and spending the stimulus checks are the ones that don't have money. They shop at Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart shops at China. China gets more of our imaginary money.
