Yup. I worked part time for Merrill lynch. I got maybe 3 or 4 calls a day over 4 hours and it was the easiest job I will probably ever have.

I service the telephone switch they use "Aspect Communications"
(Teleset is what you would have used)

Yea it shows steam running in my task manager.. but I can't actually open the program.. WTF?
