i just watched this movie. imo this movie sucked a whole lot of ***...

the movie was cheesy as ----. i cant beleive there was accualy a scene where vader says nooooooooooo sticks his out his hands and the camra pans back. that shots played as ----. id say a good 30% of the movie was composed of dumbass ship flying into the city shots. the story was weak. the ending was abrupt. seems like they just rushed through it to get there money. allot of the shots of the ships looked unfinished and weak. and the tecnological inconsistancys are rediculas. the still have the old wall sized comptuers and ---- but droids can have tottaly life like artificial intelligence and be half the size of a person? meh. i say its overhyped weak sauce

You're obviously not a star wars fan. The story was weak? What did you expect to happen? everybody knows the beginning and ending, this is just a filler piece to bring all the movies together.

i just think they could have done anikins transition alinto darth vader alittle better. insted of him pretty much tottaly folding to the emperor will with litte to no persusaion. and a few otehr things, like in the match with yoda and the emporer. yoda doesnt even get his *** kicked but he just gives up out of no where. like oh well i failed. gotta go into exile now. they had allot to work with and i just think they could have done it allot better. its just my opinion though. im not trying to offend any fanatics who throughly enjoyed the movie. if you enjoyed it then cool. i just didint enjoy it very much.

There is no ending. it continues to eppisode 4, 5, then 6.

it is a gradual thing. didnt you watch eppisode 1, and 2? the reason his future was shrouded because it was enveloped by the dark side. he basically got power hungry. if someone says... your NA engine can only go so far asfar as horse power, the only way to get more power is through a turbo. you have to give up a certain number of things, but you can double or in some cases triple your power. hell, veeryone would do it. its not hard to think about for some people. obviously anikin didnt have much to give up. he only had so much to gain.



you get into a fight with hotrex if your my size. even if i was stronger than hotrex, i would still give up. yoda is a spiritual dude. he probobly sees fighting only as a way of selfe defence on whatever level.

you over analize things. the main charachter in star wars is darth vader. simple as that. nothing more, nothing less.

your right he did turn to the dark side a little to guick but he always had that anger in him. I know that lucas could have made it seem more realistic in believing anakin becoming bad but then you would have a 3 hour movie and it was already long to begain with imo. Yoda basically knew that if he kept fighting he could die. i mean that was a long as fall and he lost his lightsaber. plus the troops were coming so he knew he wouldn't stand a chance. I love star wars and i agree that it did seem kinda cheesy like the love clips and dialouge but its a star wars movie. it made mostly of a good story and action. if u look at the original triology there cheesy lines there too. Plus there not much lucas could have done in this film i mean he wanted to finish a story and he did it. we all knew what was going to happen...just wanted to see how. I like it and thought it was good im please and i can finally put it to rest. its not the greatest movie of all time but it was good.
