Default stablizers?

whats the difference between a rear lower tir bar and a rear upper strut bar? flame me all you want

The upper strut bar attaches at the top of your rear struts. (It goes in the trunk)
The lower tie bar is the one at the bottom of your rear suspension. (You've probably seen one, like the shiny dc sports one under the back of a car. Across the bottom of the rear suspension)
