today will be no different than any other sat at the bar except the bartenders will be so busy i wont have to pay for all my beers.
here in DC there is Kegs n Eggs, DC 101 has a party at 8am untill noon, free to get in just pay for beer

I'm Irish, but Irish spring gives me bumps. I'm kinda allergic to it or something. 
I'm not really much of a "celebrator". If I had the option I wouldn't celebrate any holiday, including my birthday. I'm drinking right now, but it has ntohing to do with what day it is. I follow no rules when it comes to drinking.

St. patrics day in my town is a big deal, they even change the name of our town for the week from New London to New Dublin, there is a big parade and everyone just gets f-ed up and destroys everything in sight. That's why I was in the Upper Peninsula skiing this weekend.

I was in Ireland last year for St Patrick's day. The bars weren't closed at all. I had heard that rumor before i got there. They do a big parade and then the bars are PACKED from about 11 am until nobody can walk anymore. One of the best experiences of my life.

The first time he did it was a $500 phone bill, he says it's the reason his wife left him.
