Yes this has been discussed before, I'm no ------- newbie to these message boards - I gurantee I have been around alot ------- longer then you have. But as we all know the search mode for this forum program, is not that great since it doesn't return the threads it only returns the posts themselves.

Get over it, people are gonna ask the same quesitons over and over and you have a choice to either read and answer, or as you do be a smart *** about it.

Chacko I'm running one on my setup. I just started using it last weekend so It's still in it's "new" stage, but I re welded just about everything and also added bracing to strenthen it up. I've also made a bracket coming from the downpipe flange that bolts to the turbo, and it bolts to the block where the AC pump used to be.
So far so good. No cracks, no leaks, and it seems realy strong so I'm honestly not worried. The color did change real fast though. Like within 5 minutes of the car running the mani turned gold. I'd have to say thats normal for a stainless manifold though (not quite sure I'm used to the ceramic coating).

stainless will always change color with the heat, i had some headers that looked like they were titanium with the color change a while back

Well, I was sponsored by the guy. He told me he would personally oversee the production of mine and give it to me free if i would take pictures for his e-bay ad, and run a sticker. First "braced" one, runner 2 broke completely off of the flange. Sencond "braced" one he gave me, the wastegate pipe cracked almost clean off. Piping was decent, but just make sure you reinforce and re-weld the runners, flanges, and wastegate pipe.

Needless to say, i tossed his ---- and mailed him his sticker back.
