go the speed limit and dont get pulled over and you will have all your points an a reasonable insureance rate... be an idiot and race around everywhere and think its cool to do 15 over the speed limit all the time and you should pay up the *** for insureance. simple math for some of you:
no insureance= you shouldent own a car.
