South carolina peeps... whats up with the emissions requirements there?
Just wonderin what the smog requirements are in SC are... for like obd 0 cars... not obd 2... is it pretty much visual like ny (they just make sure you have your cat... bout it) or is it like cali emissions?

i think in south carolina you have to have a vehicle that you have to put some form of fuel in, thats about the only requirment. i dont think there are any. if they do, its just a safety inspection, which are bullshit and not taken serisouly. you will have nothing to worry about.

no laws or anything. I live in columbia, and there are no emissions standards or anything when you go to register your car. you could run w/o a cat. all day and nobody would care.

holy ----... ive been lookin into movin down there, my boy moved down there and he got a decent job with his shitty education and whatnot... i wasnt sure if i could bring teh turboaccord... guess im in like flint

anyone can work anywhere in south carolina. cost of living is cheap, although, most people live in double wides or trailers, which isnt out of the ordinary there. if you have a nice double wide there, your a high roller. its how it is. -unless your in the city or a larger town.
i wouldnt mind living there myself...although, i would have to live in a stick built house. :P

accordepicenter- if i were you, I would look into moving around the Greenville area, Columbia area, Charleston, Or Myrtle Beach areas. That way you stay away from all the slave-drivin' honkies, yet the cities arent too big. depends on what you're into i guess
