19 and 20 are the rip off birthdays in life... nothing kewl happens you can goto jail but you cant buy alky... what a rip. happy birthday anyways.

I agree on 20 sucking in the US where you have to be 21 to buy the devil's juice.

I like the "you need to look 15" rule here in Colombia for drinking....haha
