Default someone want to come over and help me around the Glendale, or LA area?

hey guys, i live in glendale, CA...i was really hyped about my turbo setup. been reading for about 8 months on how to install it and set it up properly, but it seems im having troubles that i cant fix. if you can pleeeeeeeeaaaaase meet me and check out my car, i would greatly appreciate it. if you want money, we can arrange something, but free technical assistance would be appreciated more. BUT WHATEVER WORKS TO MAKE MY CAR RUN BETTER!

im having trouble with my boost, its not reaching the 9psi boost that the wastegate spring is.
im having trouble with idling, when i release the gas pedal, and then press in the clutch to make the engine idle, the rpm drops straight into idle.

if you think you can help me out, please give me a call 818-919-3503 thank you

450cc injectors with resistors
safc
t3/t4 turbo
turbonectic deltagate wastegate 9psi spring *vaccum and boost line connected*
intercooler with 2.5 piping
drag manifold
2.5" custom downpipe
4 degree retarded by distributor

safc settings for lo and high...
1k -28 *i know the setting looks too rich, but this idles the best but it sucks
2k-7k -35
pressure signal in 6 out 6 *yes i wiring it correctly*

im idling rough, stalls between shifts if i hold clutch in enough to let rpm drop straight down.

and my wastegate putts, and now its not reaching 9psi when boosting, it only goes to 4, and makes a crap load of noise from wastegate grrr

I know it's very common that people have problems with delatgates.

Yeah, get that wastegate fixed first, then worry about your other problems. I'm sure the idle probelm has something to do with the AFC settings or one of the injectors is bad.

yeah, i been reading on forums, and people said turbonetic deltagate wastegate sucks. why is it i always find out the hard way *i read for 6 months, next time ill read for 9* anyways, im gonna take my wastegate to a shop tomorrow, and let them check it out, this way, they can rip me off if that wastegate is still ok, and sell me a whole brand new one! JOY! and now that everyone mentions it, the only thing i bought used were the damn injectors and wastegate, IS THERE A WAY TO TEST THE INJECTORS? thx peace, and please, if your around my area, please please come take a look at my setup

sounds to me like its your timing.4 degrees at teh dist. is a lot. put your timing back to stock. then adjust the afc. idle would have nothing to do with your wastegate. not reaching 9psi would. but thats a different issue. try -36 for all the rpm ranges and that should give you a steady idle. oh and if your wastegate downpipe is just open and not connected to your exhaust is is going to be puttering like u said. it does make funny noises.

i called turbonetics, they said if im not running boost controller, just to disconnect the vaccum line, and only leave the boost line in, that way it will close, but i cant find that out anymore...since i just found out 2 out of 5 bolts that connects the downpipe to the turbo is gone, now i need to install EVERY thing again. omg turbo is being a pain..im gonna post another new topic offering $500 for someone to install it right for me... if youre interested, call 818-919-3503, name is sonny
