I saw some broken spot by the rubber piece right under the window, he probably opened it with a slim jim. but then i think it took him a good while coz the entire door was stuffed with carpet padding which I use as sound deadener.

yea he did, its a 96 dark ------- green ex still shiny with grey interior and automatic. Mine is 95 DX 5 speed manual door/window. its just bull ----, the cop ran the plate and it is a car right out of auction.

Well old Civic keys work on almost all old civic cars so yeah, he broke into your car but if he didn't steal anything you probably don't have much of a leg to stand on.
