Somebody's trying to scam me

Re: Somebody's trying to scam me
I have heard a lot of scammers using london; uk, ect. as a jump point. That number looks like an international number. On google it appears that 44 is oxford, uk? Sounds pretty shady. ------ scammers are everywhere.

Re: Somebody's trying to scam me
Look at the fedex tracking. They told me he paid $60 ship the letter overnite.Once i get the check i will contact the cops and see if they can do anything. We might be able to sucker him into giving me place to wire him money and send him a trip to jail.I also got his name. The fake check is suppposed to show up today and my *** is at work not waiting for a bogus check.I'll keep everyone posted.

Re: Somebody's trying to scam me
Never trust a email from someone on ebay/craigslist that starts out with
"Hi <insert your name here>,How are you doing today?"
I would take the check or whatever you get and just cash it, make sure it clears, before anything in your driveway leaves.

I'm 100% sure it will cash(since i have the funds to back it up) and then it will bounce in a few days and i will be charged back by the bank.My dad has a few businesses and has been burned before.Ive been told they also make bank accounts with fakel id's in these countries, write a couple of bad checks and bounce when they start getting our real checks for the "DIFFERENCE" in the price.I wish i could hit them with a bat.
