These ideas all sound good, but if the smell doesn't come out, I have a trick, works with any smell.
Take something like a sour cream container, and fill it up with vinegar, and leave it open on the floor of your car. Make sure all your windows are up, and that your car is sitting in the sun. Let it sit for a few days in the sun, and when you open it up, all the smells will be gone! You don't smell vinegar or anything either. It works, try it. Takes out smoke, dog, whatever smell.

Just pay the money and have someone detail the bitch out for you if you can't get any real results from anything else.. they do have the professional cleaners and ----.

Reminds me the lyrics of a DJ Smurf rap song.. I think the title was drippin', the song is an entertaining story about DJ Smurf picking up some permiscuiss girls from a known local "hangout" spot. One of the girls happen to give him VD so he finds her, I remember part of the song:
