there should be a law saying if you buy a car for less then 20% of its new price you have no recourse in situations like this
here in WI if you register a car older then 10 years old they dont even record the mileage because they assume its broken/turned back.

You in fact you don't even owe him the time to answer his calls. Do not cater to this guy, if he calls again tell him look, you bought the car and dropped the price to 750 with your offer of what you thought was a fair price when you looked at it. There will be no compensation for your stupidity (purchaser ruing brake lines etc) after the fact.
Tell him any further calls will be considered harassment and you'll call the cops, or just don't answer.

Im done with this guy. The last time I talked to him he went on and on about some lemon law bs. Too bad for him the ohio lemon law only covers new cars or used cars that still have a factory warranty. I had a good friend talk to him thinking maybe if he heard it from someone else he would get it through his thick skull. At the end he hung up on us so ---- him. If he calls again im calling the cops and talking to a lawyer,
