Well from what I can gather is we have to borrow funds from other nations too make any of these plans work. WE started the global downfall with our greed. These countries arent going to throw a dime at us to help they already fucked themselves last time. I think alot of these plans will just fail and never be anymore than some new age hippie save everyone theory,atleast I can hope.

dude, you of all people should see this mr president as a frightening thing. Just think if your burrito stand would have taken off and been doing great. Bush is the reason our whole country is now socalized. Its nice that now I own some of AIG and every other major companyin the US. The irony of the republicans screaming socalism the most are the one who made it that way.
