i agree, and that has nothing to do with the global war on terrorism or President Bush, so lets keep it on subject.

I think I'm moving to Ohio. I've seen so many cars that I wouldn't even touch, let alone drive, on the roads out there, the county where my cousins live let everything go. Can you say open DP madness?

generated significant revenue for the California Highway Patrol and local departments

Hmmmm..... and you know why they do it right?? they could give less than a ---- about the enviroment, the EPA, or the C.A.R.B. (California Air Resource Board)

They're just in it for the money..... so they can get fat christmas bonuses, and for the retirement fund and to keep those 12MPG gas guzzling cruisers gased up.

Ive gotten pulled over in front of my job by the OC sherriffs cause the car was spitting out to much smoke, i just staight out told him the turbo needed a rebuild and i was getting it done over the weekend.... I was honest and he just told me if he saw me on monday and it was still smoking, he was gonna give me a citation for exccessive smoke.... so just be honest, I guess....

and yeah it sucks living here....

I just forwarded the article to the aclu. that pisses me off.. any measure deemed non objective as far as determining who is a violator of the law seems inherently unconstitional..

that's some serious bullshit. i was seriously considering college in Cali next year (UTI), so ---- THAT. why the ---- didn't that go through a vote? that's fucked

but, if there was a vote, i would think it would be close, as every woman over 40 would vote for it

haha.. i took a turn and decided to crack vtec by this old woman walking.. she knew it was coming and covered her ears before i hit it! i was very amused by it hahahaha

also, couldn't u avoid the tickets and stuff if u registered the car in oregon/nevada/arizona? don't cars from other states only have to follow the laws of their state? or more like, can't get a ticket for something that their state doesn't have?

Hopefully they will pull over all of the ricers.
