Ok, this really isnt a poll or anything like that. Just want to get some input from others so I dont feel like Im being an ------- and getting pissed over nothing. I "recently" bought a downpipe from Turbo95civicex on the 1st if I remember right . I even gave him a lil extra money to be sure he puts more of an effort into getting me the pipe ASAP. Well a few days go by after I send him the money and I finally decide to PM him to ask when my ---- will get in. Heres how he replied.

Cool, Sat rolls by and nothing, keep in mind UPS dosnt deliver on sat either. I go ahead and send another PM.

hey man im really sorry...it shoulda been there by now..well lemme go ahead and find the receipt with the teacking number and ill give UPS a call....If its not there ill refund ur $$ and you can just send me the thing back when in comes...once again sorry and ill let ya know by the end of the day

The day ended and no reply from this guy so I PM him again the next day but get no replies. He finally responds to a PM. This is it...

Hey man, Sorry i havn gotten back to you but i work 15 hour day shifts and repsonding to my pms isnt my first priority..the DP should have gotten there according to UPS...Ill just go ahead and refund your money and you can send her back my way when/if it shows up..thanks

So, what do you think? Is this guy lying or is it just me? It just doesnt make sense that he would be so ready to send me a refund when he "already" sent the pipe and he says UPS deliverd it. Just doesnt make sense to me. Ive already PMed him, Text him, and emailed him and he still wont give me a tracking number. If he says he lost it or cant provide one Im just gonna asume he never shipped. Im now kicking my self for selling all my ---- to build my down pipe before getting this one. What next, should I get HMT CSI involved. Somebody help me out here.

File a claim.---- him.If you have the time to post something for sale and take the money then you have the time to ship it within a couple days at most.

wheres the ------- tracking #? the only way he could find out that it was delivered is if he had one. he hasnt given it to you so my first thought is that he is lying

If you aren't pushing yourself to accomplish as much as you can, than you're not using your life well. This guy seems like he's pushing himself, but just doesn't have the time to do what he needs to. The worst thing you can have is someone who wants ---- right now. Wether you have it boxed up already or you have to still build it.

By his responses it seems he's a good guy that is just pushing himself further than he should. That's honorable.

so he said he will send you your money back but hasnt done that either? lame, continue to ask for your money back and take whatever action you can do now! i've been screwed twice by people over the internet not sending me all the stuff in the deal(780 injectors for a turbo kit i ordered from bunnyrabbit on honda-tech, and i bought a built b16 from a guy on here before i was a member a friend refrenced me to. but he took off alt,dizzy,water-rail,flywheel so he could ship the motor at 150 pounds or whatever and then never sent me the stuff he took off. and that was after waiting like 3 weeks for him to ship it. plus the time it took to get to my door). dont take crap from this guy or he will do it again. not once have i got anything on time from a fellow member of h-t/hmt. just plain lame. part of the reason i try to stick to buying stuff from legit company.
