Next question. Small claims limit in AL is $3000. What do I need to do to sue for the $3500 + $100 court cost?

Fuel cost for investigation/ wear and tear on your personal vehicle for the sum of the difference and the average cost/hr for you local area of employeement since you were not being paid to find out where this car vanished to
