Default Re: Repoing/sueing for a car?

My concern isn't getting it back or not. If the car is in good shape I want to get it out I know I can sell it quickly for say $2k. My concern is:

A) How do I go about getting the title back in my name from lien holder to owner to sale? (I know it can be done, banks do it when they reposes a car)

B) Can I sue for the remaining balance I am not able to sell the car for? ( Again, I know banks do it. They will sell at auction and the person it was reposesed from is liable for the balance. I just want to make sure I can sue for the remainder)

lets just say he runs his "own business" in Las Vegas, and the "contracted" terms and conditions were not met.

yeah, you need to talk to a lawyer. Have you called the DMV yet to ask what you should do? Hell, it might just be that easy?

Na line was busy every time I tried. If push comes to shove I'll say screw it let the junkyard have it and sue them. It's just a GS Eclipse, no biggie.

Updated. I don't want the car now, now it's just a testament of pissing them off.

Brakes, rotors, hoses, belts, clutches are all maintainence items that have to be replaced on a used car. Transmissions are a maintainence item on Mitsubishis. She has no case.
