So I send her a message saying she need to contact me, blah blah blah, need it repayed, blah blah blah. Being nice and civil. Then I sent her husband one also. She sends one back saying she's not paying it, it's in my name also and it's my fault for not moving in with her and helping her like I said I would (which I never did, but she says she has whitnesses). So I tell her she will or I will be filing court papers on Mon. and if I win and they don't pay will set it up to garnish hers and his wages. She then says I can't touch his wages (dumb bitch), she's going to contact his CO and cops and say I'm harrassing them, and take me to JAG (Too much TV kids).
Anyways, so long story short I'm going to file the paper work tomorrow. Even if I loose I'm taking her sorry *** mom to court over a car they didn't pay for and will pay it off with that. Oh well live and learn. After the case a HMT call a thon might be in order.

So for ***** and giggles I applied to Judge Mathis. I kept getting "unknown" number phone calls and didn't answer. Checked v-mail and had a message from a producer. Called him back he asked all the nitty gritty and said it sounds like a case they are interested in. He said they have to contact her and have her agree to be on the show however. Man I hope she does lmao. I still have to file a case in small claims, but they hear it and rule. Said you get paid $100 for being on too.
