Didn't get the purchase price in there. That would have put me in the $5k-$9.9K bracket.

The only reason I'm into the highest bracket is due to the fact I purchased my car over a decade ago. So, with just the purchase of the car, I was at $12k from the start. But all the added on/performance parts I've added since only adds to about $2k.

Mostly Suspension and chassis mods. But I've had a bit of porting/polishing done to the intake/heads as well. But the most expensive mod for me was swapping out the automatic trans in flavor for the 5 speed and ceramic puck clutch (waiting for the OBX lsd install).

S2000 "H" emblem $15
rear 1/4 glass window molding both sides $150
more trim for door $130
New carpet $200
engine $410
engine componets around $200
clutch $200
ecu and tuning is $150
turbo kit and exhaust $1000
wheels $800
All in all its about $7000
I bet I could tack on about $1500 in other stuff that I can't remember. this is over a 4 year period.
All for a honda.

I'm 30 years old and have been doing this ---- non stop since I was 15, I have blown way over 150,000 dollars on just my "car" hobby. I spent about 60,000 alone last year
