I ditched cingular due to some shady ---- they pulled on me and got a nextel. Cingular used to offer an employee plan when I used to work for Best Buy...$24.99 a month for unlimited text and 1000 anytime minutes. This was going back when free nights and weekends was still getting going, so my plan was pretty much unheard of. After about 6 months of this plan, I got a bill for almost $600 and freaked out. Called them up and they said they no longer offered that employee plan, so they signed me up for the closest plan to what I was paying and I went over the limit by almost 500 minutes...wtf?!? I never even signed a contract for it, it was a plan that terminated when I stopped working at Best Buy. So I told them I'm sorry, you guys went over my $24.99 limit by almost $500, so I'm not paying for it. Went out that night and signed a Nextel contract, got a new phone, and it's been great so far. Customer service for Nextel in my area has been awesome so far, as well as their area coverage. I pay around $52 a month (a $39.99 plan + fees) for 800 anytime, free nights and weekends, all the voicemail BS and caller ID, free unlimited walkie-talkie coast to coast, no roaming crap, and they even upgraded me last august to free unlimited text messages and internet service when I bought my new i580 for $40 (another scam for another story

I feel you Dr. Boost...this is like the 3rd month i had to call because they were ------- charging me for texting when I had the unlimited plan. They won't do ---- until they had actually snuck into your bank account and yank your money out for the charge...then you call and they just credit your account. ---- that bull...i need the other half for another bill...don't know if it'll happen this month but I am thinking it would. Can't wait for this contract to be over....not ever gonna sign or think about sprint again.

since i work for sears im suppose to get 25% off my bill....well i called. after being on hold for 20min, the guy took about 15min to "process". and then he says it should be active in 60 days! WTF!!!

---- sprint it has been over a year since those ***** even sent me a bill, im dropping there service, i have to call to find out were to send money and balances, oh yah and if you buy and download songs from the net you cant listen to them unless you have a vision package what the ---- is this ----
