Wouldn't that be nice if a company actually did things right and didn't ---- ---- up so bad so often? I can understand a few -----ups here and there, but this is an every month thing and it really stresses me the ---- out because it happens so often and these stupid ******* tell me different ---- everytime I call. I want to record the conversation and play it back to the next idiot I talk to, but they probably wouldn't believe me or they just wouldn't care. All the bitch kept telling me about the ------- that was just talking out of his *** was "I'm very sorry about that". Well bitch, sorry doesn't take the bullshit charges off my account and sorry doesn't fix your -----up. When I get the bill for this and there is horseshit on it, I'm calling up to cancel. I've been with them for like 8 years and I have no ------- problem leaving them...like they even care. It's funny because I just went and talked to my sister and she just got a $400 bill over the same ---- I'm going through. ------- idiots.

I've had unlimited texts on 3 lines for the past 5 years or so. They were charging me a different amount for each line. Last month they "fixed it" and changed my "500 texts" for $8/month to "unlimited" for $7.50/month. Now the bitch says they haven't offered that since 2005. :1 Last month WAS NOT 2005.

my cingular bill for the last 3 years has been 55 bucks a month every month never had 1 problem. My vote is switch. My phone never drops calls either.

Mine "should" be around $110/month, but they ALWAYS ---- it up and charge me for something that I didn't use or something that is already in my plan or SOMETHING. I'm so sick of it and it sucks because none of the Sprint stores have anything to do with my service, they just sell phones and connect them. I have to talk to arabian ragheads who I can hardly understand half the time and it's always just a ------- disaster and I swear I lose valuable days from my life from the stress and anger I get after talking to these *******. I can handle a good amount of -----ups and be cool about it, but I'm so ------- far past teh point of being understanding with Sprint.....I just really want to ---- them up and sit back and laugh about it. I just don't know how to go about that.....

1000 text messages was for when I was bored @ work and went on aim (each aim message counted as a text message), so lick my sack jon&joey. Point was it was 40 hrs week, I was bored and had nothing to do all day and they said it was UNLIMITED and it was not. Actual text messages, I send less than 50 a month, and I don't get on AIM anymore, it was just the premise that they lied to me.

i have had sprint and t mobile and kricket, they all suck. Im with cingular now, love it. Last 3 years and only a few billing mistakes. my vote is switch to cingular/att don't know what its like now, but ill be grandfathered out of any ---- ups at&t makes.

1000 shared minutes
unllimited tmobile to tmobile
free nights and weekends
nd my phone has unlimited texting

my bills 98 something a month and we never go over cause i work midnigt shift so i call most at night and most people i call at tmobile

so my minutes used is some 10k yet were only charged for 700 some odd minutes

but i do text the ---- out of people if im in the mood ive hit 9k texts before

other months like this month havent even hit 200 lol
