the only thing im concerned about is I bought them for 315.. and sold them to her for 350 :P i wouldn't think thats scalping considering im out of the state in which the event is sold.. my reciept says 315.. and her reciept says she bought em for 350..

Just tell the psycho bitch if she persists, you will seek legal action, and she will be the one being sued.
