Tighter the better right? Were you planning on running lots of boost and that why you thought you needed to tighten those bolts till they broke?

stock honda head bolts = only use once.

If you can use the easy out drill the biggest hole you can. Don't just drill a hole and start using it, it'll break. Sadly I know.

did you try using som C4 explsives to get the bolts out? mayne you should.
