My room mates right now some hookah twice a day and a ---- ton of cloves........ because they're so much better for you than cigarettes.....

Anyways, I just don't get the excitement over smoking. I've tried hookah and just never got into it because I didn't get it. Anyone care to enlighten me?

the smoke entering the lunch dilutes the oxygen entering your system and makes you take deeper, longer breaths which in turn, calms you down.

i smoked hooka a few times

to be honest, i never like smoking or did it often

but it tasted good, and gives u a slight head high

and its kinda like drinking socially, i never understood other smoking, wether it was cigs or weed, but i could see going to a hooka bars with friends

People say it's not bad for you really but I was reading that because you take such huge rips as opposed to puffing a cigar it's actually worse for you.. Personally I don't even enjoy watching them do it because all my ---- ends up smelling like hookha
