My parents are traditonal Norwegians so growing up we ate alot of pickled Salmon, Shark, and Cod. Boiled and grilled Shark, Salmon, Halibit, tuna and Cod. Smoked herring, salmon and sardines.

I catch those herrings during the summer like crazy. Arent they boney as hell though? I never eat them. i just give them away

I used to love smoked trout...

trout is my least favorite fish,
I eat a lot of fish I just love it. my wife is German so she like pork I don't ---- with that.(no pork for me) beef I am not really a fan, fish and chicken I love, being Jamaican I was raised on see food I've ate almost everything out of the ocean.
I just had 2 fried milkfish never had those before, but they where pretty good.
