Default sleep probs

I got problems sleeping. I've maybe gotten 8 hours this week. Ask Sem, I am always on MSN and lurking around other boards just for somthing to do. This is fucked. I need sleep. I am super drowsy, and when I do lay down, I just toss and turn. What should I do ?

I have never slept really good unless i get to bed. once im asleep im good for 12-14 hours. but the trick is getting to sleep, i listen to classical music when i sleep. hell i listen to it all the time anymore lol. I can suggest pieces that tend to calm my brain down enough to sleep.

see, that's what the hell you get for being younger than me. I used to not be able to sleep, now I just stay up late and fall asleep right away. I found that I have more trouble sleeping after drinking coffee, must be something in it?

I used to always have coffee when I got home from school and then I would wonder why the hell I couldn't sleep, now I've got it figured out.
