I even made his sig.

im ordering my clutch off of egay. a clutch from pro clutch. i had a buddy (tommytoes) who ordered one for his civic, and it came in a act box, with act's logo stamped on it, and the clutch to this day has taken a ---- load of abuse, still holding 100%. I think its worth a try. im gonna look around today, but i think its gonna be better than the "cheap" $800 exedy.

I like it alot too and agree that its much better than the first one. Also do not hate on top mount IC's. Subaru engineers love the damn things and if they sucked companies like cobb and txs would not be producing larger aftermarket top mounts. That beautiful scoop/hole in your hood is specifically to drag that air and slam it on you IC. Anyway good luck and yes if I had a rwd car I would be drifting as often as possible so i dont blame you for getting the ff.

um... obviously you have no clue what your talking about. the airscoop on the subarus is a design flaw. the moment you go past a certain mile per hour, the air just goes right over it. thats why the sti as a slightly bigger one to catch a lil bit more air. but the harsh reality is that his schoop is an ok design. anyfurther back and its just a waste. real scoops are more tward the front. like on the rx7. it scoops the air at the front where the air starts to hit the hood, and it gets directed to the intercooler.

basically what happens is that the air hits the bumnper, and hardly ever hits the hood. the air hardly ever flows over the hood in such close proximity.
