96-98 GTs ran blistering 16's with good drivers. Early mod motors sucked a bit more than recent ones... which is pretty hard compared to the SBFs, but they're at least doing okay in the stock for stock comparisons now.

hell i waxed a 95 gt on my way to work today...have to admit it felt good first real race i have had in this car since i got it....

I can beat a honda out of the hole then I lose. I hit about 80 or 90 and have to let out. The front end sways a little too much for racing on the highway.
